Housekeeping and Hazardous Waste Management

Within the framework of its partnership with Entretien Roy, all efforts are in place to put forward concrete solutions to protect the environment through the implementation of an environmental management and sustainable development policy.

Here are a few initiatives that are in line with this policy: 


- The use of Ecolo or Green Seal certified ecological products;

- The use of concentrated products in large format, thus reducing plastic consumption;

- Using toilet paper and paper towels made from recycled materials.

All restaurants that fry are equipped with grease traps that collect used oil and deposit it in a designated container.

Obsolete fluorescent tubes, batteries and paint containers are temporarily stored for collection by a firm specializing in the recovery of hazardous materials. They are then treated according to the regulations in force to avoid contamination in landfill sites.
