HVAC units calibrated to the specific needs of each business are installed on the roofs of the buildings. Each tenant is responsible for the maintenance and repairs of the equipment serving their space and follows up on this maintenance; each tenant is required to have a service contract with a specialized firm. This contract specifies the frequency of changing filters, belts, lubrication and visual inspections.  A refrigerant leak detection test is performed annually on these units.
