Job description / Tasks and responsibilities:

The candidate will have to prepare pizzas, starters, salads and desserts according to NO.900 standards. He will also be called upon to perform various tasks in the kitchen such as:

Plan, delegate, participate and supervise the daily set-up and weekly production;

Supervise and ensure the quality of the dishes served;

Ensure the application of the following norms and standards:

  • NO.900
  • MAPAQ
  • CNESST


Plan, delegate, participate and supervise the tasks to be done in the kitchen:

  • Tasks related to opening the kitchen:
  • General maintenance tasks of the restaurant
  • Tasks related to closing the kitchen


Manage the output of pasta based on expected traffic;

Write the list of productions and preparations to be made for the following day;

Train employees for all kitchen positions.
