Administrative assistant

Full time • Permanent • Day (40 hours/week)

Job description:

First point of contact in the office, the assistant welcomes, directs and serves clients in the office, on the phone or by email.

Administrative tasks.

Communication with government.

Possible accounting tasks.

Tasks and responsabilities:

  • Greet and guide clients
  • Answer and process calls and emails
  • Maintain client files
  • Schedules appointments
  • Prepare invoices and process payments
  • General administrative tasks, may be required to move

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with administrative tasks
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office programs
  • Speak French and English
  • Attentive to customer needs
  • Proactive
  • Polite and pleasant
  • Accounting experience an asset
